For orders over €60, we offer complimentary shipping for orders within Europe, USA and Canada. In Australia and New Zealand, we offer complimentary shipping for orders over $120 AUD. Orders under €60 are shipped at rates calculated by weight. These costs can be seen at checkout.
Currently our products are available within European Union countries, United Kingdom, the United States of America, New Zealand and Australia.
Please contact us at info@silkclosetthelabel.com if you are from another region and would like to purchase an item/s and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Orders will be sent within 1-2 business days from Ireland and are expected to arrive within 2-10 working days, depending on your location.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as our courier has updated us with this information.


RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Silk Closet. If you need to make a return, please keep the following in mind:
- Returns are accepted with 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- We love our products and stand by their quality and we know that you will love them too. Therefore we are happy to advise that we provide free returns.

- Soak for no more than few minutes
- Rinse with cool water
- Line dry in shade
- Steamer or cool iron only
